Greg Carey signs with Phoenix

The biggest free agent out of the NCAA this year, Greg Carey finally made up his mind. The Hobey Baker finalist signed a one year entry level deal with the Phoenix Coyotes today. Greg lead the NCAA in goals last year and assists this year and was second in the country in scoring in 2013-2014.
In four years at St. Lawrence, Greg recorded 185 points on 84 goals and 101 assists. He recorded 50 points in back to back seasons, as a junior and a senior.
Greg leaves SLU as one of the most prolific scorers in program history. He reports to Phoenix' AHL affiliate, the Portland Pirates, on Thursday.
